Five City Center

A one of a kind development, the 8th and Hamilton Tower located in the heart of downtown Allentown, is part of the “Five City Center” development initiative to re-invigorate what is becoming the most prestigious address in Pennsylvania’s professional region. This mixed-use tower features 2 distinct stylistic variations: an office space enclosed by a mosaic of glass facade achieved through a spectrum of blue tints, and a residential space marked with arrays of decorative trims. Erie supplied its unitized ENVIRO|FACADES® system to facilitate the 100,000+ Sq.Ft. facade. Extensive collaboration through Design Assist was required to keep the project on schedule for a fast track completion.
