Holtec International Technology Center

Located along the Delaware waterfront in Camden, NJ, the Krishna P. Singh Technology Campus was developed by Holtec International in a strategic move to both synchronize the corporate and manufacturing staff in a singular location, as well as further the growth and revitalization of Camden. The new technology center will see the expansion of tech-giant Holtec’s manufacturing capacity and engineering operations, as well as represent a significant investment to the economic welfare of the region. The 7-story corporate HQ features an all-glass facade of Erie’s high-performing unitized ENVIRO|FACADES® system with augmented thermal performance provided by projected solar shading devices integrated into the curtain wall. The building performance along with several other sustainable initiatives has led the campus development to achieve a LEED-Gold certified status.
